Shipping Locations: 

We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Sri Lanka. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our goal is to make sure our fellow Sri Lankans receive their orders with ease and convenience.

Shipping Times: 

The estimated shipping times for your orders depend on your location within Sri Lanka:

• Out of Station (Apart from Kandy): Orders delivered to locations outside of Kandy typically take 3-5 working days to reach your doorstep. Our diligent courier service, Certis Lanka, will work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
• In Kandy: For our valued customers in Kandy, we offer expedited delivery with an estimated delivery time of just 2 days. We understand the importance of quick deliveries, and we want to ensure you receive your order in the shortest possible time.

Order Tracking: 

We understand that being able to track your order is crucial to your peace of mind. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment. You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting the “Track Order” page and entering your tracking number.

Shipping Charges: 

The cost of shipping for your order is a flat rate of Rs. 350, regardless of the weight and dimensions of your items. This charge will be applied during the checkout process.
